Meet Agnieszka Holec

I am a certified Ayurvedic Health Practitioner & Spiritual Counselor, Heart Based Meditation Teacher, Vedic Astrologer, Energy Healer and the founder of SHA.

I received my training at the New World Ayurveda School in Maine, USA where I lived for many years, surrounded by untamed wilderness and organic farmland. There, I deepened my connection with the Earth and found my true love - the Atlantic Ocean.

I love seeing the people, animals & plants that come into my care, come back to life, become the radiant, joyful beings that they truly are. To heal means to "make whole". Whether it's on the physical level with diet, herbs & body care, or through deep emotional healing & spiritual work, I will help you find the missing pieces, so that you can once again be whole and full of life.

My life used to be a battle..

For many years I struggled with abandonment trauma, eating disorders, self-injury, insomnia, digestive & menstrual ailments, hypothyroidism, chronic acne and severe anxiety. My critically low self-esteem caused me to self-isolate and enter toxic relationships, wherein I felt lonely and undervalued. That took a great toll on my body and limited me personally, professionally and in relationships with others.

Ayurveda helped me heal my body and transform my life, not only through the ancient knowledge of energetics, natural therapies & spiritual practice, but most of all through the understanding that every physical ailment is a manifestation of an underlying emotional trauma. By resolving it, our physical reality changes as well, and there is no force more powerful than the healing frequency of love.

Today, I am in love with myself. I love, appreciate and trust my body. I honor my needs and desires. I follow the intuitive messages flowing from my heart to see my life unfold in the most mysterious ways. I feel more connected to the people in my life, and I choose nourishing & supportive relationships. I am at ease, joyful, flowing..
