I am a certified Ayurvedic Health Practitioner & Spiritual Counselor, Heart Based Meditation Teacher, Vedic Astrologer and a guide in the process of spiritual transformation and consciousness development.
I received my training at the New World Ayurveda School in Maine, USA where I lived and practiced for many years, surrounded by untamed wilderness, deepening my connection with the Earth and the Atlantic Ocean.
I love seeing the people, animals & plants that come into my care, come back to life, become the radiant, joyful beings that they truly are. To heal means to "make whole". Whether it's on the physical level with diet, herbs & natural treatments, or through deep emotional healing & spiritual work, I will help you find the missing pieces, so that you can once again be whole and full of life.

I specialize in life metamorphoses, combining the wisdom of Ayurveda with deep transformational psychotherapy. Ayurveda helped me heal my body and transform my life, not only through the ancient knowledge of energetics, natural therapies & spiritual practices, but most of all through the understanding that every ailment is a manifestation of an underlying emotional trauma. By resolving it, our physical reality changes as well and there is no force more powerful than the healing frequency of love.
